Returns for Store Credit or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only or exchange of an item.
- Return postage back to us is at your expense, postage for the exchanged item back to you is on us.
- If your return is not received within 14 days of approval, it will automatically be cancelled.
- We cannot guarantee your requested exchange item will be in stock, if this is the case we will contact you and provide a store credit.

We do not offer cash refunds.
- We do not offer returns or exchange (unless faulty) for international purchases.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, you will receive store credit or a replacement at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for store credit only.
