Refund policy

Returns for Store Credit or Exchange

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only or exchange of an item.

  • Return postage back to us is at your expense, postage for the exchanged item back to you is on us.
  • If your return is not received within 14 days of approval, it will automatically be cancelled.
  • We cannot guarantee your requested exchange item will be in stock, if this is the case we will contact you and provide a store credit.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • We do not offer returns or exchange (unless faulty) for international purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, you will receive store credit or a replacement at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards
